Goshen High School Athletics

The Goshen varsity boys soccer team defeated Northridge in a penalty shootout (3-2) after regulation ended 1-1. The lone Redhawk goal was scored by Fabricio Hernandez and assisted by Bentley Medina. Penalties were made by Brandon Alvarez, Junior Lopez, and Fabricio Hernandez. Trenton Clark saved two penalties. Goshen's record now stands at 5-0-0 (2-0-0 conference). The Redhawks play again on Thursday at home against Plymouth with kickoff scheduled for 7:45 pm. The Goshen boys JV soccer team played out a 0-0 draw against Northridge. The JV record now stands at 3-0-1.
